Walkthrough before cleaning

Cleaners will walk through the unit with you. Before photos will be taken.

Communicate any defects, fragile items, or special instructions to the cleaners before they begin.

Cleaning starts

Cleaners will begin. You don't need to be around during this time.

Estimated duration by unit size:
400 – 550 sqft~4 hours
600 – 800 sqft~4.5 hours
850 – 1,200 sqft~5 hours
1,250 – 1,500 sqft~6 hours

Message 30 min – 1 hour before done

Cleaners will message you before their final touches so you can head back.

⚠️ Important: You must be present when cleaning is done. Any touch-ups must be done on the spot — additional charges apply if cleaners have to return.

Checklist walkthrough

Cleaners will walk you through each area using our checklist.

Ensure all areas are fully checked before pressing Submit.

⚠️ Note: A $80 return fee applies if cleaners need to come back after leaving.

Touch up

Any missed areas found during the walkthrough will be addressed on the spot.

Notify cleaners of any spots needing more attention during the checklist walkthrough. All touch-ups will be completed before they leave.
