No — many of our customers provide a spare key or door code. You just come back to a spotless space.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Our team brings all required equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products. No need to prepare anything.

How are your cleaners vetted?

Every cleaner is background-checked, in-person interviewed, trained in our standards, and insured before their first job.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Reschedule anytime before 24 hours of your booking via our online portal or by calling us. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, and PayNow — all processed securely through Stripe.

What areas do you cover in Singapore?

We cover all areas across Singapore, including HDB estates, condominiums, landed properties, and commercial spaces.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not happy, we'll arrange a complimentary re-clean within 48 hours.

Do you offer packages for regular cleaning?

Yes — we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly housekeeping packages at discounted rates. Ask us for a custom quote.

How many pax of cleaners?

1 pax only. Housekeeping is a maintenance clean handled by a single cleaner assigned to your home.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

Yes, where possible. For recurring weekly / fortnightly bookings, we do our best to assign the same cleaner every visit so they learn your home and preferences. Substitutions only happen when your regular cleaner is on leave.

Which country are your cleaners from?

India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore.

Are your cleaners female / male?

Housekeeping cleaners can be either female or male, depending on the cleaner assigned to your booking. If you have a preference, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Can I select a specific cleaner?

Cleaners are assigned based on availability and your postal district, so we’re unable to guarantee a specific cleaner for the first booking. For recurring sessions we do our best to keep the same cleaner every visit.

How experienced are your cleaners?

Our housekeeping cleaners have different levels of experience, but all are trained to follow our housekeeping standards and checklist.

Are the cleaners trained / background-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner is background-checked, in-person interviewed, and trained on our housekeeping standards before their first job.

Do I have to be around during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. As long as the cleaner has access to your home you don’t need to be around. You’re welcome to stay if you prefer.

Will the cleaner contact me before they arrive?

Yes. Your cleaner will WhatsApp / call before arrival so you can share any last-minute instructions or access details.

What supplies do you bring for housekeeping?

Our housekeeping cleaner brings: vacuum, cloths, toilet brush, sponge, degreaser, and CIF cleaner. Mop and floor solution are NOT included for hygiene reasons — please provide your own mop, or add on for +S$30.

Are your chemicals kids- and pet-friendly?

Yes. All chemicals we use are pet- and kid-friendly.

Can I ask the cleaner to use my own products?

Yes — if you prefer specific brands, leave them out and let the cleaner know. Common with families who have specific allergies or preferred brands.

What does a housekeeping session include?

Standard housekeeping covers: vacuum + mop (customer to provide mop), kitchen wipe-down (stove, countertops, sink), bathroom wipe (toilet, sink, mirror, floor), bedroom tidying + surface dusting, and trash disposal. It is a maintenance clean, not a deep clean.

Do you clean inside cabinets, ovens, or the fridge?

Not as standard. Housekeeping is a surface maintenance clean. Inside of cabinets, ovens, or fridges is covered under our Deep Cleaning or Spring Cleaning service instead.

Do you wash walls, ceilings, or grout?

No. Wall / ceiling / grout scrubbing is Deep Cleaning scope. Housekeeping only wipes surfaces and dusts.

Can the cleaner do laundry / ironing?

Yes, add-on service. Please let us know in advance so we can allocate the time.

Is disposal included?

Household trash bin emptying is included. Bulk item disposal (furniture, boxes, renovation debris) is not — additional charges apply.

Will the cleaner move furniture?

Light shifting (1–3 pieces, not too heavy) is fine. Heavy or extensive moving is not covered under housekeeping.

If the cleaning ends after 10pm, are there additional charges?

Yes. Any session ending after 10pm has an additional $50 transportation fee, as the cleaner will need to take Grab back.

If there is any damage caused by the cleaner, will the company take responsibility?

Yes. All housekeeping sessions are insured. If any damage is caused by our cleaner, we take full responsibility per our damage policy. Please flag fragile items before the session starts.

Do you conduct a final inspection after cleaning?

Yes. Our team conducts a final check of the agreed cleaning areas before completing the job. This allows us to identify and address any areas that may require additional attention.

Can I inspect the unit after the cleaning is completed?

Absolutely. We encourage customers to inspect the unit after cleaning. If there are areas within the agreed scope that require further attention, please let our team know before they leave whenever possible.
