Our teams are assigned based on availability and scheduling, so we’re unable to guarantee a specific team for each booking. However, we’ll certainly note your preference and do our best to accommodate it whenever possible.

Our cleaning crews have different levels of experience, but all of our cleaners are trained to follow our cleaning standards and procedures. We carefully match our crews to each booking to ensure a reliable and quality cleaning service.

Yes. All of our cleaners go through training to ensure they understand our cleaning standards and procedures. We also conduct background checks as part of our screening process, so you can feel comfortable having our crew in your home.

Do I have to be around during the cleaning?

Not necessarily! You don’t have to be around during the cleaning as long as our cleaning team has access to your home. Our crew will also contact you around 30 minutes to 1 hour before the cleaning is completed, so you can return and do a quick check of the cleaning if you’d like. Of course, you’re also welcome to stay at home during the cleaning.

Will the crew contact me before they arrive?

Yes. Our cleaning crew will contact you before they arrive to let you know they’re on the way. This gives you a chance to provide any last-minute instructions or access details if needed.

What type of chemicals are you using?

Most of our chemicals are from Supersteam and are pet- and human-friendly. Some of the products we use include: thinner (paint remover), floor solutions, cement remover, glass cleaner, Cif, multi-purpose cleaner, and degreaser.

Are your chemicals kids- and pet-friendly?

Yes, all our chemicals are safe and not harmful to pets and kids.

Will your chemicals cause any damage to our carpentry / metals?

Not that we know of. However, if there are any areas that are sensitive or need to avoid chemicals, please let us know in advance so we can notify the cleaners to be more careful.

What vacuum brand do you use? Are they HEPA-filtered?

We use Hetch vacuums, which are HEPA-filtered.

Will you clean the internal and external of the cabinets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the internal of cabinets is included as long as the cabinets are empty. We do not take out all the drawers fully to clean the inside of them. We can do this with additional charges as it takes a lot of time. We’ll also need your help to remove and re-install the drawers, as we won’t be responsible for any damage.

Will you clean the walls?

Tiled walls will be cleaned. For painted walls and ceilings, only dusting will be done. There will be additional charges if you need them fully wiped down with a wet cloth — which is highly not recommended as it may damage the paint.

Is disposal included in the cleaning?

Disposal is not included and requires additional charges if you need our team to dispose of items for you. Send us a video of your unit so we can advise on the charges.

There is furniture in the house — will the crew help to shift the items?

Accepted Answer

If it’s only 1–3 pieces of furniture and not too heavy, cleaners will usually shift them around. However, if there are too many items, there will be additional charges depending on the load and items involved. Send us photos or a video of the unit so we can advise and avoid misunderstandings.

Do you clean the aircon compressor?

We cannot clean the compressor as it is dangerous.

If the cleaning ends after 10pm, are there additional charges?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any cleaning that ends after 10pm will have an additional $50 transportation fee, as the cleaners will need to take Grab back.

If there is any damage caused by the cleaners, will the company take responsibility?

Yes. If any damage is caused by our crew, we will take full responsibility. Cleaners will take a before-video to ensure everything is recorded and avoid misunderstandings. Please also note that any fragile items or tiles that can’t be chemical-washed should be flagged to our team before cleaning starts.

Yes. Our team conducts a final check of the agreed cleaning areas before completing the job. This allows us to identify and address any areas that may require additional attention.

Absolutely. We encourage customers to inspect the unit after cleaning. If there are areas within the agreed scope that require further attention, please let our team know before they leave whenever possible.

What should I do if I notice missed areas after the cleaners have left?

Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos or videos of the affected areas. Our team will assess the issue and, if it is within the agreed scope of cleaning, arrange the appropriate follow-up.
